WALLMIXMK7 plaster is intended for decorative furnish inside and outside of buildings of concrete, brick plastered bases, and also application at the device of systems of thermal insulation of facades for the purpose of receiving various “stone” textures. Provides further painting with acrylic, silicate, silicone and other paints both water-based and based on organic solvents.
A mixture of white cement with mineral fillers and modifying additives.
Carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23: 2013 and DSTU-N B B.2.6212: 2016. The base must be dry, strong and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax and paint residue. Fragile layers need to be removed. Potholes, chips, cracks must be closed with a repair mixture. Before applying the plaster WALLMIX MK7 should be pre-treated with adhesive primer WALLMIX QUARTZ-PRIMER and stand for 4 hours. Bases with high water absorption must be pre-treated with a primer WALLMIX Universal and withstand from 4 to 6 hours, and then apply a layer of WALLMIX QUARTZ-PRIMER and withstand 4 hours.
Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water at room temperature in the proportion of 0.20-0.23 liters per 1 kg of mixture (5.0-5.75 liters per bag of 25 kg). Thoroughly mix with a stirrer or low-speed drill with a nozzle to a uniform consistency without lumps and clots. Then soak the mixture for 5 minutes and mix thoroughly again. The resulting mixture must be used within 1 hour.
Do not add other components to the mixture.
When performing works it is necessary to comply with the requirements of current regulations. Plaster is applied to the base with a thickness of 35 mm. Then the thickness of the coating layer corresponding to the grain size is formed, while the tool must be kept at an angle of 50 ° to the treated surface, removing excess mortar. At the moment of initial hardening it is necessary to start mashing (leveling) of a surface by means of a pure steel or plastic grater. Depending on the exposure time of the plaster, the intensity and direction of the grater, you can get a variety of “stone” textures.
The work should be performed at a temperature of +5 ° C to +30 ° C. The most effective result is achieved at a temperature of +20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the operating parameters of the mixture may change. When performing works, the facade must be protected from direct sunlight, as well as high humidity (rain, fog, etc.).
The consumption of the mixture is: ~ 2.3 kg / m2 at a grain size of 1.5 mm; ~ 3.2 kg / m2 with a grain size of 2.0 mm..
The mixture contains cement, which causes an alkaline reaction at the time of hydration, so when working it is necessary to protect the eyes and skin. In case of contact with eye mixture, rinse immediately with running water and seek medical advice.
The mixture must be stored in branded airtight packaging in a dry place, on pallets. Shelf life 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the package. Use damaged bags first.
Paper bags with an inner plastic layer of 25 kg.
