The WALLMIX D-45 mix is intended for leveling of concrete bases and floor couplers from cementsand solutions, light concrete with the subsequent laying of such coverings as linoleum, a carpet, a laminate, a ceramic tile and other coverings in dry inhabited, public, administrative and household rooms. Has a possibility of machine pouring. The recommended pouring thickness is from 3 to 20 mm.
A mixture of cement with mineral fillers, reinforcing fibers and modifying additives.
It is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23: 2013, SNiP 2.03.13-88 and DSTU-N B V.2.6-212: 2016. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax and paint residues. Weak layers must be removed. Existing cracks must be widened and mechanically deepened to a depth of 1/2 of the thickness of the top layer and up to 5 mm wide, primed with a deep-penetrating emulsion WALLMIX INTERIOR or WALLMIX UNIVERSAL, let stand for 4 to 6 hours and close with mortar mixture WALLMIX D-45. The concrete base must be solid and at least 3 months old. The required brand strength of the base on which the self-leveling mixture will be laid must be at least 15 MPa. Highly absorbent substrates must be treated with WALLMIX INTERIOR or WALLMIX UNIVERSAL deep-penetrating emulsion and cured for 4 to 6 hours. Weakly absorbent and smooth surfaces are treated with WALLMIX BETONCONTACT adhesive primer before starting work and kept for 4 to 6 hours. It is imperative to separate the monolithic floor from the walls and columns with a thin elastic layer (for example, a laminate underlay).
Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water at room temperature in a proportion of 0.14-0.25 l per 1 kg of the mixture (3.5-3.75 l per 25 kg bag). Stir thoroughly with a mixer or a low-speed drill with a nozzle until a homogeneous consistency without lumps and clots is achieved. Then let the solution stand for 5 minutes and mix thoroughly again. The resulting solution must be used within 1 hour.
Do not add other components to the mixture.
When performing work, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation. Before performing work, it is necessary to determine the future layer thickness and install a beacon (benchmark) for the installation of selfleveling floors. The designated technological area is poured with the mixture, starting from the far corner. Spread the poured mixture over the surface using a rubber measuring strip, notched trowel or other tools and immediately de-aerate (remove air) using a needle roller (the size of the roller needles depends on the thickness of the poured layer). The room should be filled with the mixture at one time. If the area of the room is large, it must be divided into separate sections and poured through one. The gaps are poured after the previous strips have dried. For the convenience of feeding the mixture and the speed of work, you can use a piston or screw pump. Creation of expansion joints is necessary on areas of more than 20 m² or on those with a diagonal length of more than 10 m. If the base on which the mortar will be poured has expansion joints, they must also be duplicated in the layer. The drying time of a monolithic floor depends on the layer thickness, temperature and humidity in the room. Under normal climatic conditions (temperature +20 ° C and relative humidity 60%), technological movement on the surface is possible after 12 hours. Ceramic tiles can be installed after 48 hours, coating with water-based adhesives after 72 hours and for organic adhesives only after 7 days.
Work should be performed at temperatures from +5 ° C to +30 ° C. During the hardening of the mixture, in the first two days, it must be protected from direct sunlight and draft.
The mixture consumption is ~ 1.7 kg / m² with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
The mixture contains cement, which causes an alkaline reaction at the moment of hydration, therefore, when working, it is necessary to protect eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with running water and consult a doctor.
The mixture must be stored in original sealed packaging in a dry place on pallets. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production indicated on the package. Use damaged bags first.
25 kg paper bags with an inner polyethylene layer.
