WALLMIX C-16 plaster is intended for preparation and leveling of walls made of bricks, concrete, cellular concrete (aerated concrete, aerated concrete, gas silicate, etc.) and other mineral substrates inside and outside buildings before applying putty, decorative plaster or tiling. The mixture can be used in rooms with high humidity (showers, bathrooms and kitchens, etc.). Layer thickness from 5 to 30 mm in one application., etc.).
A mixture of cement with mineral fillers and modifying additives.
It is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU-N B А.3.1-23: 2013 and DSTU-N B В.2.6-212: 2016. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax and paint residues. Weak layers must be removed. Highly absorbent substrates must be treated with WALLMIX Universal or WALLMIX Interior deep-penetrating emulsion and left to stand for 4 hours. Weakly absorbent and smooth substrates are treated with WALLMIX BETOMKONTAKT adhesive primer before starting work and kept for 4 to 6 hours.
Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water at room temperature in the proportion of 0.18-0.21 l per 1 kg of the mixture (4.5-5.25 l per 25 kg bag). Stir thoroughly with a mixer or a low-speed drill with a nozzle until a homogeneous consistency without lumps and clots is achieved. Then let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and mix thoroughly again. The resulting mixture must be used within 2 hours.
Do not add other components to the mixture.
When performing work, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation.
The prepared mortar mixture is thrown evenly onto the wall with a trowel or ladle. Align the applied mortar mixture before setting and no later than 5-7 minutes later according to the established beacons with a metal rule or a trowel to form a continuous layer. After that, the beacons should be dismantled, and the empty areas should be filled with WALLMIX C-16 mortar mixture using a trowel and leveled. The thickness of the layer of the WALLMIX C-16 mortar mixture, applied in one pass, should be from 5 to 30 mm.
About 2 hours after mixing the dry mixture, moisten the leveled plaster layer with plenty of water and rub in a circular motion with a hard polystyrene float.
Approximately 10 minutes after grouting the plaster with a float, smooth the dried surface with a foam float.
Under normal climatic conditions (temperature +20 ° C and 60% relative humidity), the mortar curing time is approximately 24 hours.
The work should be performed at a temperature of +5 ° C to +30 ° C. The most effective result is achieved at a temperature of +20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the operating parameters of the mixture may change. When performing works, the facade must be protected from direct sunlight, as well as high humidity (rain, fog, etc.).
The consumption of the mixture is ~ 1.4 kg / m2 with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
The mixture contains cement, which causes an alkaline reaction at the time of hydration, so when working it is necessary to protect the eyes and skin. In case of contact with eye mixture, rinse immediately with running water and seek medical advice.
The mixture must be stored in branded airtight packaging in a dry place, on pallets. Shelf life 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the package. Use damaged bags first.
Paper bags with an inner plastic layer of 25 kg.
