Plaster WALLMIX C-15 is intended for leveling and preparation of concrete, brick, cement-sand, cement-lime bases for further finishing (spackling, application of decorative plaster, gluing of heatinsulating plates, facing tiles, etc.) inside and outside of 30 mm. . Possible use in rooms with high humidity (showers, baths and kitchens, etc.).
A mixture of cement with mineral fillers and modifying additives.
Carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23: 2013 and DSTU-N B B.2.6212: 2016. The base must be dry, strong and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax and paint residue. Fragile layers need to be removed. Highly absorbent substrates must be treated with a deeppenetrating WALLMIX UNIVERSAL or WALLMIX INTERIOR emulsion before working for 4 hours. Weak-absorbing and smooth bases before the beginning of work process an adhesive primer WALLMIX BETONKONTAKT and maintain from 4 to 6 hours.
Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water at room temperature in the proportion of 0.18-0.21 liters per 1 kg of mixture (4.5-5.25 liters per bag of 25 kg). Thoroughly mix with a stirrer or low-speed drill with a nozzle to a uniform consistency without lumps and clots. Then soak the mixture for 5 minutes and mix thoroughly again. The resulting mixture must be used within 1 hour.
Do not add other components to the mixture.
When performing works it is necessary to comply with the requirements of current regulations. The prepared soluble mixture is spread evenly on the wall with a trowel or ladle. Apply the applied mortar mixture to the beginning of hardening and not later than in 5-7 minutes, on the established beacons by a metal rule or a semi-grater for formation of a continuous layer. After that, the beacons should be dismantled, and the unfilled areas should be filled with WALLMIX C-15 mortar mixture with a trowel and leveled. The thickness of the layer of mortar mixture WALLMIX C-15, applied in one pass, should be from 5 to 30 mm. Approximately 2 hours after closing the dry mixture, moisten the leveled plaster layer with plenty of water and rub in a circular motion with a stiff polystyrene grater. Approximately 10 minutes after mashing the plaster with a grater, it is necessary to smooth the dried surface with a foam grater. Under normal climatic conditions (temperature +20 ° C and relative humidity 60%) the curing time of the mixture is approximately 24 hours.
The work should be performed at a temperature of +5 ° C to +30 ° C. The most effective result is achieved at a temperature of +20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the operating parameters of the mixture may change. When performing works, the facade must be protected from direct sunlight, as well as high humidity (rain, fog, etc.).
The consumption of the mixture is ~ 1.5 kg / m2 with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
The mixture contains cement, which causes an alkaline reaction at the time of hydration, so when working it is necessary to protect the eyes and skin. In case of contact with eye, rinse immediately with running water and seek medical advice.
The mixture must be stored in branded airtight packaging in a dry place, on pallets. Shelf life 12 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the package. Use damaged bags first.
Paper bags with an inner plastic layer of 25 kg.
