WALLMIX C-13 plaster is intended for leveling and preparation of concrete, brick, cement-sand, cement-lime substrates for further finishing (putty, applying decorative plaster, gluing insulation boards, tiles, etc.) inside buildings with a layer thickness of 3 up to 20 mm in one application. Can be used in rooms with high humidity (showers, baths, kitchens, etc.).
A mixture of cement with mineral fillers and modifying additives.
It is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU-N B А.3.1-23: 2013 and DSTU-N B В.2.6-212: 2016. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, wax and paint residues. Weak layers must be removed. Highly absorbent substrates must be treated with WALLMIX Universal or WALLMIX Interior deep-penetrating emulsion and left to stand for 4 hours. Weakly absorbent and smooth substrates are treated with WALLMIX BetonKontakt adhesive primer before starting work and kept for 4 to 6 hours.
Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water at room temperature in the proportion of 0.18-0.21 l per 1 kg of the mixture (4.5-5.25 l per 25 kg bag). Stir thoroughly with a mixer or a lowspeed drill with a nozzle until a homogeneous consistency without lumps and clots is achieved. Then let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and mix thoroughly again. The resulting mixture must be used within 1 hour.
Do not add other components to the mixture.
When performing work, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation.
The prepared mortar mixture is thrown evenly onto the wall with a trowel or a ladle, leveled with a rule and rubbed with a polystyrene or wood float.
The thickness of the layer of the WALLMIX C-13 mortar mixture, applied in one pass, should be from 3 to 20 mm.
Under normal climatic conditions (temperature +20 ° C and 60% relative humidity), the mortar curing time is approximately 24 hours.
Work should be performed at temperatures from +5 ° C to +30 ° C. The most effective result is achieved at a temperature of +20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%. In other conditions, the operating parameters of the mixture may change. At the beginning of the work, for at least 24 hours, the mixture must be protected from direct sunlight, drafts, as well as high humidity (rain, fog, etc.).
The consumption of the mixture is ~ 1.5 kg / m2 with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
The mixture contains cement, which causes an alkaline reaction at the time of hydration, so when working it is necessary to protect the eyes and skin. In case of contact with eye mixture, rinse immediately with running water and seek medical advice.
The mixture must be stored in original sealed packaging in a dry place on pallets. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production indicated on the package. Use damaged bags first.
Packaging. 25 kg paper bags with an inner polyethylene layer.
The manufacturer is not responsible for the misuse of the material, as well as its use for other purposes and conditions not provided for in the technical description.
