Adhesive primer WALLMIX BETONCONTACT is designed for preparation for finishing of dense, non-absorbent surfaces (monolithic and prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures, glass, glazed surfaces of ceramic tiles, surfaces painted with oil paints, as well as metal) in order to increase adhesion to the base of the finished coatings(gypsum, gypsum-lime, cement-lime, cement-lime, cement-sand plasters, paints, putties and adhesives for tiles) inside and outside the premises.
Water dispersion of synthetic resins with mineral fillers, pigments and modifying additives.
Carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23: 2013 and DSTU- N B B.2.6-212: 2016. The base must be solid, cleaned from dust lime, grease, oil or emulsion paints. If the surface of the base is covered with fungi, moss and algae, it must be mechanically cleaned, then washed and dried. WALLMIX BETONCONTACT adhesive primer is applied after 4 hours.
When performing work, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation. Adhesive primer WALLMIX BETONCONTACT must be mixed with a drill at low speed before use. Apply the primer with a brush, roller or paint brush. Work on the same surface should be performed continuously, adhering to the «wet on wet» rule. Drying time is 4 to 6 hours depending in ambient temperature and humidity. After finishing work, the tool must be washed with water without allowing the primer to dry out.
All recommendations above are effective at +20 °C and 60% relative humidity. Drying times may vary under other conditions. When performing work, the surface must be covered from direct sunlight, as well as high humidity (rain, fog). It is recommended to use products of the same batch for color identity on the base.
The consumption of the primer is ~0.35 – 0.7 kg/m2, depending on the base and skills of the performer.
Protect eyes and skin while handling the product. In case of contact with eyes, immediately with water and seek medical attention.
The primer should be stored in a branded hermetically sealed packaging, in a dry place at temperature from +5 °С to +35 °С. Transporting in the plus temperature conditions. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production indicated on the package.
